When configuring the home battery storage with a 3-phase energy meter, having both import + export configured, there is only 1 standard calculation in the standard HA Energy Dashboard.

Standard:
Home battery storage functions as a standard home storage, which support the energy usage of the household.

However:
There are a lot of batteries in the market now that are trading energy based on imbalance prices, and this get invoiced in such a way that it is fully excluded from your home usage invoice.

It would be great to have an option to have the battery amounts excluded from the home usage amount in this case, and have this available as an option.
The battery import and export are then to be 100% accounted to the grid amounts, with no effect on the solar and house energy.

You need to create a template sensor that does this and add it to the energy dashboard instead of the raw battery sensor.

There is no way the “one size meets all” energy dashboard can accommodate a myriad of features like this.
