It’s got some great information, but its a bit out of date (hasn’t been updated in around 2 years).
There is a bunch of stuff that I thought was true, but didn’t have any hard data on such as:
- The brightness change as you move through from Cool → Neutral → Warm color.
- How much brightness drop off is when you choose a single color hue (and that is not uniform).
- How close the colors are to the theoretical version (color shift).
So it’s really great to be able to look at that.
Some stuff I would like to have seen (that isn’t present) is:
- If the bulbs smoothly transition from “Color Temp” to RGB colors.
- If the bulb can match color temp brightnesses when in RGB mode.
- If color can be set when off.
- How transitions (from one color to another work).
- Does the behavior differ when transition from off → color vs color1 → color2
Are there any other sources/resources that:
- Cover those additional questions?
- Are more up to date / have additional bulbs?
