Fyrtur suddenly inverted

Wife asked me why the kids blinds where down.
Checked the automation, it opened them 6 hours ago, but they are closed.

Looking in the GUI, controls are reversed. When I press the arrow up they go down and report OPEN and when I press arrow down they go up and report CLOSED.
This didn’t use to be this way. They are all connected to a ConBee II

Reconfiguring doesn’t seem to help. I seem to have the same issue with all my Fyrtur now.
Firmware seems to differ but same issue.

So fixing it was quite easy.

Just remove the batteries, put them back. Configure the maximum lenght, roll the blinds up using the buttons and then reconfigure the unit in ZHA…

But why did it happen at all.
