Gate sensor (0V - 24V)

Hi,

I would like to create a sensor for my garage gate to see if it’s open, closed or closing.

I don’t know if there exist anything or which sensor I have to buy and config.

States:
Closed = 0v
Open = 24v
Closing = switching from 0V - 24V - 0V - 24V - …

I will assume you are talking about a driveway gate that is automated with a motor. I have a reed sensor on the hydraulic actuator arm of my gate that gives me state.
