I have been struggling with access to GitHub from a Generic x86 install on which I am running HA on an SSD. This is what I see when I run ping from Terminal.
In case I had done something stupid at the system level I made a fresh SD card using these instructions and set the BIOS to boot from the SD card first. I then set the user to Advanced Mode and installed Terminal. As you can see from the screenshot below, I did not install any other add-ons. I get the same result: I can ping other websites, but not GitHub.
Are there some other settings that I am missing? I cannot see anything in the instructions?
I’d really appreciate a quick response because I need some HACS updates.
