You're not "fixing" anything by doing this. You are temporarily overwriting the state inside HA only - once the next GPS report comes in, that state will change back to whatever GPS coordinates your phone is sending.
Out of curiosity, when you look at the map, how far from home are you being marked when this happens?

My phone is not moving. the gps coordinates will still change. I understand that the gps coordinats will revert back eventually. This is sittuatyion is not acceptable.
This sittuation interupts up my HIFI thurns off my pelet stove (it will take 30 minutes to restart) even inn late april as we are having a veryt strange spring.
When I look at the map In the side menue i see my home radius and my device coincide when i shown home. when i'm shown away and i physically still in my office the home radius does not change and the tracking device has moved 500 metes to the north (always to the north when this happens)
therefore is there a way to "refresh" my phone coordinates more ofthen than it currently does?
If so where can i modify it?
how long does it take to refresh the coordinate?
If so i could put a delay in the automation before it turns off devices.

In that case, your phone's GPS signal is indeed reporting incorrect information like you mentioned in your earlier post.
There's 2 ways you can fix this:
The quick & dirty way is to expand your home zone so it includes the incorrect reported area.
The proper way is to add another device tracker to your person, using something which is always at home like your internet router. There should be more info on how to set up multiple devices as trackers in the integration docs for device tracker or person (I forgot which one exactly)
Are you near an active war zone where the civilian GPS has been deliberately scrambled by the military? If so, you may wish to seek out alternative satellite positioning services.
I'd be curious to see by how much distance each updated reading is changing by when you are home? Each reading signal strength? Is there a bug in your phone GPS or the app, or are there external factors at work here?
For iPhone I use the iPhone Device Tracker to report home or away based on WiFI connection, added as a secondary tracker to the Person entity. I revisited the zone, the trackers and the radius to ensure that the GPS coordinates are identical in all components.
I've been playing with this for the past 2 week and i come to the conclusion that i have 2 issues
I noticed that when i am home and geofence tells me i'm away, i noticed that i always shows approximatly the same address (about 300 meters distance as the crow fly). Hence i set the radius at 350 meters ans restarted HA. The home and away cycle lasts now only a few seconds. Still not good
still have the same issue but with less intervals. I look ar the "map" in the HA menu and i notice that the fulcrum of my "HOME" is now on the street 150 meters from the house and the zone is no longer centered on my house.
I tried to edit the zone (non need to edit) because it was correct wyet the map remains off.

I realy do not know what to do with this

We've been over point 2 already, so I'm gonna ignore it. Stop messing with dev tools because it's not gonna help you.
Your only option is to extend your home zone to something like 500+m. My previous suggestion to use a secondary tracker won't work, since the messed-up (in your specific case) GPS tracker takes priority when it reports you're not in the home zone (ref docs here).
Just go to the Zones page, make sure your home zone is wide enough to cover whichever coordinate your GPS is reporting & you should be done. Short of drilling a hole in your ceiling to get consistent GPS data, that's your only option. You should be good unless that radius conflicts with another zone.

Going to the zone page and want to edit my home scenario I go to the pencil and in the pop up i see that my house icon is again on the street. I re-position it to over my house note the coordinates extend the radius and click on save. I then restart HA.
Once restarted ti go to the map and again the house icon is in the middle of the street
I go to zones and here to i see the house ikon in the middle of the street and not over my house The difference is about 150 meters.
I have no other zones configured.
Therefore i do not see why the radius and position set and saved in zones does not "FIX" the coordinates and radius in the zone area and the map and make then identical.
From my poersective and ignorance i think i see the map overide the zone
The post fro @frenk on githud seem to be the problem i am having (drifting) however (this apparently is a comon problem) i am too dumd to understand how to use his solution

Wait, that's not right at all. Your house shouldn't be moving at all, assuming the coordinates are correct & you saved correctly.
The map cannot override the zone. It's simply showing data from the zones section. The only thing which can override the zones are yaml files. Check configuration.yaml & customization.yaml - do you have anything referencing zones there? if so, post them here

The Coordinates are in my opinion correct and verifies. What i mean by this is when i go to zones and click the pencil I move the house icon over my house on the map and i allo for a raduis of 390 meters. I then check my coordinates on google and openstreet map and the match ( at least 6 digit after the decimal point) I then i click on save nothing else to do
My house coordinate are 46.1452690 12.794582 and a radius of 390 meter. I also editer the config.yaml to reflect the same coordinates and radius
When the gps drifts i see the coordinates as 46.146474 12.796093 for my phone
Sorry I did not explain myself clearly The map does not overide the zone coordinates it simply displays my house on the street, which is about 150 meters from my fronto door.
however when i go back to zones there too i see muy house on the street and not on top of my house as i saved it when editing the zone.. Nextime it will drift i will post the coordinate from then

I would like to thank you all for your patience and help.
The issue has been solved by the following process
find an confirm the gps coordinates of HOME in zones
add the coordinates to a configuration.yaml
zone;
Do not copy and paste this I donot know what i'm doing.
once the coordinates for home and tracker when i'm home are now identical.
I verified with my cell provider (vodafone) and they confirmed that a gps drift does occur in my area and should not exceed 200 meters
the gps still drifts not as much or as often My next step will be tomorro i will buy a gps tracker (as mentionned here above.
