Hello - looking for a way to query and record my meters. Here is an example of what it looks like. Not sure if there is a device that can read them.

I do not have this exact meter but yours seems to have an IR port on the upper right corner (the two little holes).
I use an IR wifi reader based on an esp8266 that integrates well with home assistant via the tasmota integration or mqtt. There is a post from a German IT magazine about this IR wifi reader
It uses Smart Meter Interface - Tasmota. Check there if your energy meter is supported.

This looks promising! I assume the device you mentioned requires power via the usb-c port? I assume batteries can be used?
My device has USB micro b. Maybe there is a newer revision. Batteries are not possible. Maybe you can use a power bank.
There are also power outlets available for the electrical cabinet. But you need an electrician to install them.
