Get data from link and convert to string

I want to get data from a link and convert to strings to print on a OLED screen, and need help!
The link is “https://server.duinocoin.com/v2/users/user”, where i can get information about Duino account.

But i can’t get the info from json correctly. When i try to print in a screen i got “nan”.
How can i parse for example he balance?
