Hi
Just installed a HA Image on a RPi4, installed MQTT and Zigbee2Mqtt and Homekit bridge.
I have added 4 devices to Zigbee2Mqtt and all 4 works, activity is shown in the log.
In HA Devices screen i only see three (those three are also shown in Apple Home). The dimmer switch is not shown in neither HA nor Apple home.
Anything i need to setup for this?

If you are on the HA activity page & see activity for your dimmer, click the name & it will show you the device page.
It’s unclear which devices screen you’re referring to. Do you mean the (auto-generated) dashboard or the one in Settings > Devices & Services?
In HA Activity page i do not see any activity when i press buttons on the dimmer.
I meant in HA Overview / Devices, here the Dimmer is not present.
In HA Settings > Devices & Services, i have MQTT as Configred, and this one lists the Dimmer Switch. I expected it should be in HA Overview / Devices also then.
In HA Settings > Devices & Services > MQTT → Dimmer SW i now tried to add it to the Living Room area, but it does not show up here.
Why do you want the dimmer displayed? The device(s) which the dimmer controls should be accessible and fully controllable in both HA, and HK when shared via the HK Bridge integration. Either as single entities or an entity group. The dimmer itself controls the light through a Blueprint automation.
As i’m completely noop on how HA works i might ask silly questions, but i know that if i can get it displayed in Apple Home, then i can assign actions, shortcuts to the buttons via the Apple Home app.
Clear your browser cache &/or restart HA
Didn’t help.
But as there in HA Activity isn’t any logging when i press buttons, then i believe i’m might still need some setup somewhere ![]()
I hear ya - I’m not as experienced here as many others are, but I may be a hair more experienced than yourself.
I try to do things “myself” in the GUI or with YAML to some degree (to learn), but I couldn’t make the Hue dimmer work properly in ZHA or Z2M without a blueprint. I when I moved to HA and got rid of the HUE hub I needed to keep HomeKit so we all here could control the devices with Siri, but I wanted to have all automations/scripts/etc. for the devices to be done in HA.
To that, I’d recommend you get the “Controller - Philips 929002398602 Hue Dimmer switch v2” blueprint. That will get the dimmer to control the lights as you specify it should. But exposing the switch to your HA dashboard to HK won’t be at all useful for anything.
In the Overview dashboard, the dimmer in Adam’s room shows like this:
Clicking it just gets the ‘more info’ dialog.
zigbee2mqtt settings / settings / HA Integration i had to enable legacy_action_sensor and restart zigbee2mqtt, then it is working in HA.
