Getting a DATA STRUCTURE UPGRADE FAIL warning in 0.64.0

I’m getting the following error in my 0.64.0 docker HA log:

2018-02-26 23:44:52 WARNING (SyncWorker_7) [soco.data_structures_entry] DATA STRUCTURE UPGRADE FAIL. Unable to upgrade music library data structure to music service data structure because an entry is missing for DidlFavorite in DIDL_NAME_TO_QUALIFIED_MS_NAME. This should be reported as a bug.

Should I raise a bug as it suggests?

Yes and please include information about what you are trying to play.

and post the issue number here, so others can submit information, too.
