Despite looking like a refused connection I think that can also mean not enough space on the disk. Have you checked that?
I have and I’m using less than 20% disk space
The port mentioned in the error is for DNS, check your DNS settings, and that your host can resolve (new) addresses
I am haing the same issue today trying to update to 0.101.1. Also having an issue updating hassio plugins.
All other websites and all internet seems to work okay for me and everything is on the same LAN segment. Rebooted Hassio and no change. Updates worked fine a week ago and I have had no network changes made.
