Looks like HomeBridge has a lot of discussions on this UniFi API project github.com/hjdhjd/unifi-protect but there’s scarcely anything on the UniFi community or here on HomeAssistant.
I would be interested in learning how to extract LPR data periodically from Protect. Using the Protect integration, it offers simple events such as ‘Vehicle detected’ or ‘motion’ etc., but not the actual license plate seen.
Anyone delve into this API for HomeAssistant?
