Google Assistant Integration Entities Missing

When using “Google Assistant integration for Home Assistant Cloud” I only have a total of 167 entities to select from. When I look at Alexa integration there are over 400 entities. Why this difference?

Below is the definition of one of the entities missing in Google integration but available in Alexa
