I’ve gone thru the manual setup years ago and things mostly work. I’ve been having with the new Gemini AI. Chatting with Google Support, their brilliant suggestion is to create a new home. If I agree to do this, what will happen with my existing integration? Will I have to do a new manual setup for the new home?
Nothing… that is ofcause if you install your new Home on another new Device 
I have Google home running with 2 homes. Works fine. (*ish)
The only problem is the voice commands at one home will still run the other home. So careful what you name entities, areas. scripts, aliases or you have all kinds of fun. (no overlaps).
If I were to do it again, I might consider having my wife’s google own one home, and me the other but I’m not certain that would help.
Oh, things like turn on all lights is fun as well.
