Google Assistant SDK fails to install

Hello all!

I’m new here and new to home assistant so apologies if I’m posting this in the wrong spot.

I set up home assistant (HA Green) and got most things running just fine but ran into issues with the Google assistant SDK setup.

I created my project, followed all the setup steps and it seems to authenticate just fine but…

Under authentication step 4, I get to the popup from Google asking me if I want to trust home assistant… I clicked continue like the directions said…
It goes to a cycling blue bar at the top of the google authentication popup and then I’m suddenly kicked back to the HA app with a blank screen and the left menu bars showing. Nothing else happens.

If I go back to the browser I just see cycling blue bar at the top of the authentication window and it never goes to the final steps(the window is greyed out) and the bar cycles forever.

I have not been able to get to the last few steps.

I have tried disabling Adblockers and other things that might prevent it but it never continues to the last step.
Weirdly though, Google Assistant SDK shows up in the integration list after each failed attempt, even though I never got a success message or fully authorized the connection…

I am able to use the notify command (notify.google_assistant_sdk) in the developer tools section of HA but not the send_text_command (google_assistant_sdk.send_text_command) as I get "Action google_assistant_sdk.send_text_command not found)

So I’m not sure what’s happening and I’m maybe only getting a partial install of the integration?

Or am I doing this wrong? Because sending a notify command works and makes my speakers broadcast whatever text I sent, but I am unable to send any other commands.

Any ideas?

I have got the exact same problem. Can someone help on this one?
