Can anyone please try to explain in a better way on how I name my doenloaded file.
I have no clue on what name to give my file, as it would seem a very long name to add my url on where I see the map.
This is the link I’m trying to understand and setup.
I know how to get to the root of the configuration in my explorer to see the configuration.yaml its just the naming of the Exported Download of the Cookies that I’m not sure on.
- Save the cookie file to your Home Assistant configuration directory with the following name:
.google_maps_location_sharing.cookies.followed by the slugified username of the NEW Google account (account B).
- For example: If your email address was
[email protected], the filename would be:.google_maps_location_sharing.cookies.location_tracker_gmail_com.
I also get just a black screen at the moment on trying to setup Google Maps into Home Assistant and the Automations are still not working.
