Google Nest Integration, unable to publish

I’m following the Google Nest integration instructions, and I believe I’ve done everything exactly to the instructions but Google won’t let me publish the app because it’s missing homepage URL and privacy policy URL. However, the nest instructions say not to enter any of that info in order to avoid verification.

Has anyone dealt with this? Did the Google side change and the instructions need to be updated?

I’m trying to integrate my Google Calendar into my brand new Home Assistant setup and it’s giving me the same runaround. Did Google’s requirements changed at some point?
