Google Nest integration

Hi. First time setting up HA specifically to manage Google Nest Thermostats.
I followed the directions but get this during the process.

Any help/suggestions appriciated.

devices and services
3-dots at upper right
remove nest application credentials
try again

i had to go in and add my email address as a test user. that fixed it.

Can anyone point me to most updated instruction to integrate Nest Thermostate to HA? A step by step instruction would be appreciated. I have tried a year ago or so ago on creating projects and a lot of other setup, but no luck.

Hope some of you can provide the latest HA integration steps. Thanks!

I’ve just set up the integration from scratch following the prompts in the integration dialogs. A lot of jumping around Google Cloud config pages but not too hard to follow. The only part that wasn’t clear was to add myself as a test user under OAuth/Audience as @bigjim21 says above.
