GoogleAssistant integration and Gemini

With the new Gemini AI being pushed out to Google Nest/speakers things appear to be working. If there are breaking changes, I haven’t experienced many issues, except for the speed of execution.

But I was wondering if there any plans for the HomeAssistant integration coming down the road. I don’t want to invest time in sending commands locally if there will be breaking changes.

There are major monthly and minor at least weekly updates to Home Assistant. There are always changes. No guarantees.
However the Google integration is integral to a large percentage of HA installations and is a priority when Google changes something that needs to be corrected on HA’s end.
