Hi all - I’m having real issues with getting Govee lights local to work and was wondering if anyone else has found a solution.
I was previously using Govee LAN Control from HACS, but it was getting pretty slow to respond so I thought I’d try the official integration instead.
I’ve removed the HACS integration and everything from the custom components folder, the ‘LAN Control’ option is on in the Govee app, the light is connected to the 2Ghz network, port forwarding for ports 4001 and 4002 is on for the HA IP address, everything has been rebooted and whenever I try to setup Govee Lights Local it just tells me no devices are found.
Home Assistant is running on a RPI 4 that’s connected to the WiFi via Ethernet rather than being on the same 2Ghz network (if I try to connect to WiFi directly it just tells me ‘Object does not exist at path "/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/ActiveConnection/8’)
