Govee2MQTT - no Icon / Symbol

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Govee2MQTT add-on and it’s been working great ever since I recently added my MQTT credentials :wink: However, I’m running into an issue: no icons are showing up. I can manually assign an icon to a device, but it doesn’t reflect the actual (new) on/off state — for example, showing a crossed-out lamp when it’s off.

Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

Does restarting Home Assistant or reloading your browser (clearing the cache) help any?

Hi Sir_Goodenough,

No, unfortunately none of that helped. It seems that no icon is being passed. As long as I set it manually, it works - but default Icon is just blank.
