I have some z-wave Graber blinds that were frustrating me because they didnt allow for TDBU control over zwave. Worked with Claude to reverse engineer the BLE commands from the app so that I could expose controls in HA via EspHome. Youll need to sniff the device specific auth key, but that’s about it. Still lots to expand here but it at least gives some control.
Out of curiosity, what can you do using ZWave with TDBU? I would assume it would control bottom up/down, but wanted to ask. Thanks.
Youd think but nope, Grabers official response is that only the bottom rail is controllable with zwave which is rather frustrating.
