I have a local HA instance and a remote HA instance, both with InfluxDB and Grafana. I embedded the remote Grafana Dashboard as a Dashboard on my local instance. On my phone with the companion app I can display the Dashboard without problems, via browser I get this Grafana error:
If you’re seeing this Grafana has failed to load its application files
This could be caused by your reverse proxy settings.
If you host grafana under subpath make sure your grafana.ini root_url setting includes subpath. If not using a reverse proxy make sure to set serve_from_sub_path to true.
If you have a local dev build make sure you build frontend using: yarn start, yarn start:hot, or yarn build
Sometimes restarting grafana-server can help
Check if you are using a non-supported browser. For more information, refer to the list of supported browsers.
Any ideas what needs to be changed, so that it works via browser as well?
I have this error from only when using Firefox (my default browser) one computer when accessing HA via Clourfared on the internet. If I use Chrome or Safari I don’t get the error. I also don’t see the error when I access HA on my LAN instead of via Cloudfared.
I have 2 other computers which all have the same version of Firefox, and MacOS, but they don’t encounter this error accessing HA on the internet.
The problem started to appear after upgrading to HA 2023.5.4, but since grafana is actually working I did not downgrade. But it’s very strange and annoying.
I do see this error in the console from Firefox which might might be the reason. When I try to view-source in the browser though it will not load.
