Have you installed this one: GitHub - Flo-Schilli/homeassistant-grohe_sense: Grohe Sense and Blue integration for Home Assistant or the new integration here: GitHub - Flo-Schilli/ha-grohe_smarthome: This project aims to fully implement the Grohe Smarthome devices, e.g. Grohe Blue and Grohe Sense.
The later one is the successor of the first mentioned one as - due to features requests in regards to Grohe Blue devices - I reworked the whole integration to make it easier to maintain and also to reflect it that not only the Sense devices are supported. For you there shouldn’t be a big difference between those two integrations, but the second one is now under active maintenance as the first one will become deprecated in a bit.
