I’ve finally had some joy with my setup. I’ve got a Growatt SPH5000 which I previously had connected to HA using Grott, but the only issue was I could only read entities, not write. I’ve now setup Solar Assistant (using a USB>RJ45 cable to connect a Raspberry Pi to the inverter) and can read/write. I’ve set up Prebat to automate it all, but can’t work out which entities are associated with the Groboost immersion heater control.
The Groboost is connected to the inverter using an RF connection and the settings for the Groboost are set in the webUI… so there must be a way to do it. Anyone managed?
