HA 0.112 / "Automatically close connection" feature - cards with graphs disappear after a while

I use multiple instances of the mini-graph card in my main dashboard, within cards via “vertical-stack-in-card”.

Since the upgrade to 0.112(.1) I noticed that after a while, the cards that contain vertical-stack-in-cards with graphs in them disappear silently from the dashboard after a while (I think 5+ minutes of inactivity) - this happens both in the browser and also in the Android App. After the cards disappear, the dashboard can only be restored by doing an “F5” reload of the webpage, or killing and restarting the android app. Switching tabs in lovelace, etc, does not restore the missing cards.

No errors show up in the log when the cards disappear.

This seems to be related to the new feature - “Automatically close connection”. After disabling the feature in the profile I can no longer reproduce the issue.

It does not seem to affect normal graph cards though, stand-alone mini-graph instances. Wondering if other ppl are running into this and whether this is a bug or a ‘feature’.

I did try disabling the 0.112.1 option “Automatically close connection” in both Android and web browser. I thought it fixed the problem but after some time the issue came back, all cards with graphs +vertical-stack-in-card disappear.
This issue wasn’t present in 0.110
Any other change that could help?

V0.9.4 of custom mini graph card was released a few hours ago. Try updating it.

@tom_l thanks for the tip. It seems that the mini-graph update did fix the issue.
