HA affecting HS200 switch network connection

I’m running hassOS on a Pi 4 with an Ethernet connection, and have run into an interference issue that I’m hoping someone can shed some light on.

I have a tplink HS200 switch on a static ip that has a stable wifi connection. As soon as the Pi boots up, the switch loses connectivity. If I then power down the Pi, the switch comes back online after a few minutes. I tried replacing default_config with the equivalent commands, and tried disabling zero_conf and ssdp, thinking it was a discovery issue, but haven’t had any luck yet.

Edit: figured it out! I thought it was mdns swamping the hs200, but eventually I found that the culprit was my the tplink powerline adapter that I was using for my HA connection. It seems the hs200 may have insufficient input mains filtering.
