I have searched here for this issue and fund this thread but it did not resolve the issue.
Until recently HA in Android was working with no problems with Tailscale i.e. once the phone is not in the local wifi I activated Tailscale and automatically HA application switched to the HA Tailscale external URL.
Only difference is that I had to temporarily change the router and reconnect back the original router.
Now if I want to connect to HA android application outside home I have (after connecting to Tailscale) to insert the Tailscale external URL manually every single time.
I have checked everything I can think of such as Tailscale configuration in HA, Tailscale configuration, reinstalled multiple time HA application in the phone. Still the application is not automatically switching to the external URL. No problems when connecting to the internal wifi.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?

Any way I think I found the problem. The problem was the IP address in teh subnet wouter that was somehow changed when the original router was reconnected. I had to approve this in Tailscale.
