This is my first post here. I having some Shelly devices +50 which are fully integrated in HA. All Shellies having strict security & authentication enabled. Using vaultwarden as password manager and have a custom script to rollover passwords in a regularly basis. Is there any way to change the passwords from Shelly integration via API?
(Mainly i use websocket).
Currently I have enabled the terminal & ssh add on and added a ssh key. My custom script does login and adjust the config entries file manually and after that force a restart.
By the way - the Shelly passwords are inserted in this file in plaintext. Iam not really a fan of storing any passwords in plaintext. Even if it’s extremely unlikely that anyone will get into the system
Does somebody know any other way ?
