I installed the app from the Google Store. When it tries to find a server, it seems to be just searching forever. If I try a manual connect and specify the external or internal url the Home logo appears, but that is all I get. It does not seem to connect. This happens when the car is in the garage and is connected to my Wifi home network. Does any Volvo owner has it actually working in Automotive? (It does work for me using Android Auto)
is everything on the car up to date OS wise and in the play store? for this you may want to file a bug on github with some screenshots of the issue so the team can investigate

Hi Ben. I have a Polestar 2 which I believe has the same infotainment as the Volvos. I have just (this evening) set-up Home Assistant on the car’s infotainment system. I entered the nabucasa URL in the server address box and, apart from having to check carefully as it’s a long string, it connected after just a second or two. Similarly, I was parked right outside the house connected to home wifi.
