HA Core fails to start properly after updating to 2021.10.2

Running 2021.10.1 on an Odoid C2 works perfectly fine. After .2 was offered, I selected to update. Since then, I can SSH in and access samba, etc, but the web interface is completely dead, and no automations/integrations are active. Running “reboot” in SSH results in automatically rolling back to 2021.10.1, which once again works without issue.
Logfile offers this, but it doesn’t seem like any of this should cause a completely critical failure?

Took my HA about 30 minutes to upgrade on my Pi3B. Did you wait long enough?

I waited 20 mins the first time and nearly an hour the second.

Main issue now seems to be this:
21-10-10 12:39:22 ERROR (SyncWorker_7) [supervisor.docker] Can’t create container from homeassistant: 409 Client Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/container s/create?name=homeassistant: Conflict (“Conflict. The container name “/homeassistant” is already in use by container “c5ae3f9b825bdbe3a8ed80ec8f4278bbd98b7e89116a 76a4c08f4fbd35bbcbba”. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.”)
21-10-10 12:39:22 ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.homeassistant.api] Error on call http://172.30.32.1:8123/api/config: Cannot connect to host 172.30.32.1:8123 ssl: False [Connect call failed (‘172.30.32.1’, 8123)]

I was able to fix it by using “docker rename homeassistant hom2” and then running “ha core update --2021.10.2”.
Still not sure what went wrong there.
