Hi there! I just spent a few weeks of back-and-forth with Fing support (holy cow, they are sooooo slow to respond! Should have taken 2 days). Their conclusion is that they are “unable to replicate” the issue. Fine, I’m an HA novice; totally possible I’m missing something in my HA configuration.
So, I have HA 25.10.1 running in Docker 4.52.0 on W11. I also have an instance of HAOS running in VirtualBox. (I don’t use that instance any more, but I spun it up for testing this out; same issue).
I have followed Fing’s instructions to the letter, including checking the service and verifying it’s seeable on my network. HA just won’t see this 3rd party app.
Anyone have this working? Any ideas? I’m happy to pull whatever logs from wherever; just let me know.
Thanks, Chairstacker! I have tried that integration button unsuccessfully a ton, without luck. It always takes me to a generic page just listing the URL for logging into HA. BUT…I think the 2025.11 requirement is new; I seem to remember 2025.10 being listed before. I could be wrong.
It’s weird, there are no updates available for me install. But a fresh Docker pull got me the 2025.11 install. Of course, now I have other issues: when trying pull my 2025.10 backup in, I get a “500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble.”
