Using Home Assistant 2023.4.6:
When the price is right, I am sometimes exporting battery power to the grid at night.
But when I do that, the HA Energy dashboard considers the total consumed battery energy as house consumed energy and ingnores how much of that battery energy was exported
On the picture below, between 3AM and 4AM, we discharged 0.73kWh from the battery and exported 0.5kWh of that to the grid.
So the house consumed energy is only 0.23kWh (0.73-0.5) instead of the displayed 0.73kWh on the graph.
I’ve checked my sensors that feed the energy dashboard and they are not showing this behavior. It’s only visible in the energy dashboard.
Could anyone help me understand this issue? I’ve checked everything but can’t seem to get it figured out.
