I bought a HA Green and it says it’s connected to the network. When I checked the router, Home Assistant says it’s not connected. I’m not sure how to debug. Please guide me.
Is a ethernet cable plugged in? What does ha network info say?
It says ‘no address’
That means not connected.
It's definitely connected now. Previously your Ipv4 section said no address, but now you have an IP
Go to http://192.168.1.186:8123 or http://homeassistant.local:8123 & you should get in. If you check your router again, you should also be seeing 192.168.1.186 in your list of devices.
