HA Green Setup Issue

I plugged in my brand new HA Green, lights on the front acting as they should - heartbeat pattern. Ethernet light on the back is on. When I open the HA Android app it can’t find anything. when I visit the suggested url on my browser it shows as page unavailable. I log into my router settings on my laptop to find the IP but it doesn’t show the HA Green on the network. I’m limited in what I can do as I have a laptop but no external monitor or keyboard to connect to the HA. I have disabled my VPN, changed Ethernet ports, power cycled, reset the router, but it still doesn’t show up.

Any suggestions?

Is your Ethernet cable good? Have you tried plugging your laptop in with the same cable see it gets an IP address and shows in your router?

Try to access HA from a PC with browser first.

Fix network connectivity first.
List your IP address for your router. Your laptop. Your Green. Same subLAN? Nope? How are they going to talk to each other?
