Hi, for what everv reason i am having a nightmare with HA & it wont let me in. I got the app & purchased a HA Green as it seemed the best way to go. “Wrong” I plugged everthing in & got to the point of rergerstring a name & password. All done & looking forward to start using HA. “Wrong” The frigging thing wont except my name or password on the login screen after trying every posibility combination of a misstake. So i contacted HA & theyv where more concernd about me using the same password on my green HA & the cloud i joined.
So! the rigmerole you have to go through to change just a password is a lot harder than changing my bank detail login.
So! lets try a factory reset. “wrong” I deleted the app then unplugged the green. I then held the button in & put the power back on & waited for the solid yellow ligh. Then dowloaded a new app & it said find a server, which it did & sent me to a login screen. WHY! i want to enter a new name & password & its asking me for one that shouldn’t be there after a factory re-set.
Can anyone please help or my next post will be a picture of a green in the bin.
