I tried to run a manual backup, after waiting an hour (normally takes 2-3 minutes) with it still saying it was backing up (2023.5.1), I’ve tried to restart HA (ha core restart), which eventually timed out and I’m right back to a freeze state again. I’m not sure what I can do at this point, I don’t want to pull the plug and risk having to restore my backup from earlier.
I was able to get things out of freeze mode with ha core stop and then ha host reboot, but backups are still taking quite some time to work. No, I am not on SD, I’m on SSD and my DB is 5GB MariaDB but still only takes a few minutes to back up generally. 2023.5 has been a very challenging update so far between this and a bunch of other little undocumented changes.
