HA isn't starting zigbeetomqtt

I have replaced my USB Zigbee coordinator, and even though when if I start it thru the command line goes online as I can see it in HA, HA is not starting it up a boot, and there is no control in the zigbee2mqtt integration that provides a go-online button.

Some context:

I had a CC2531 dongle working great. One day, after I added a couple of devices, it crashed. Reboot, worked for a couple of hours, crashed, reboot crash, turn off the new devices, reboot, now it’s working. A couple of days later it crashed again, this time reboot didn’t help. Luckily I had a replacement on the go ( LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1). It arrived today, and I have already flashed the firmware and made the recommended pan_id change. The new dongle is working (As I have stated before), yet I have to start it with SUDO to work or it throws a (can’t unlock) port error. Strange though, it was the same error the other dongle threw.

I hope someone can give me hints on fixing this start-at-boot issue.
