I created a Boston meetup for HA community day on May 24th: Boston meetup · Luma . I set an outdoor location in Cambridge because it’s simple and the weather should be nice, but let me know if you have an indoor space to use as fallback in case it rains.

Cool, I’ll take a look at Cambridge City Hall to see how accessible it is.
Also, I booked a conference room at the Cambridge Public Library as a fallback.

The grassy area is right next to the sidewalk. So we could just hang out right there, if that works for you.
UPDATE - I moved the location to BU’s RASTIC robotics center. It’s accessible and also is a cool place.
