HA new installation and device configuration

Hello,

newbie here, I’m planning to install HA into a VM on a Docker and buy ConBee II to pass it through. As I never worked with Zigbee or even Z-Wave IoT devices I’ve a question.

How does it works in case I shutdown / reboot the HA or the ConBee II is unplugged, does it mean all devices (for example Plugs) will go off ? - While browsing Alibaba, for example some BlitzWolfs plugs I saw “Only works when the ZigBee gateway is ON” so … I got confused.

Your plugs will stay the way they were, your sensors will not send data anymore (until re-plugged or rebooted)
