HA occasionally halts to GNU GRUB menu

Every couple of days, I find my haos halted on GNU GRUB screen with following options.

*Slot A (OK=1 TRY=1)
Slot B (OK=0 TRY 0)
Slot A (rescue shell)
Slo B (rescue shell)

I have to hit ENTER to boot. What is happening here? Did HA crash and it halted to the boot menu?
Is there a way to just reboot the unit without user intervention ?
I am running HAOS on Acer Aspire Latop.

If the computer is crashing back to reboot I would suspect a hardware problem, eg power supply or ram.

Would the crash halt the PC? Instead of simply reboot!

Who knows if we have no logs showing what is happening.
