I have HA installed on my Mac Mini using VirtualBox. It appears I have that part installed correctly, as HA comes up, but no IP address. I checked the config on VB, and “bridged Adapter” is selected. Any suggestions on what to look for?
The ethernet is plugged in, the mac can see the network ok?
Yes sir. Both.
If the VM comes up, but does not receive an IP address, it means it is unable to talk to the router which is handing out the IP addresses. You can try to manually set it to an IP you are sure is not in use and trying if that works.
