HA starts up before LAN, issues

When we have a power failure (which in my country the power goes out multiple times a day) and my equipment all comes back up, my HA server comes back online before my network equipment.

It looks like it then can’t find any of my devices, and it doesn’t seem to try again. If I just restart HA then everything works 100% again.

Any suggestions, on what I can do on HA - or even with my HA docker container to make sure it retries? Or any way to work around this?

I just ordered a POE hat for my PI. Not only will network gear be working when PI boots, but I can cycle power remotely as well.

I just used automation which checks if xiaomi gateway is unavailable (for 10 minutes) and then restarts Home Assistant.

pretty dirty solution but it works for me
