Installed haos_ova-15.2.vmdk image on VMware 17.6.3 build-24583834
running on Windows 11.
Just installed VM and HA last week, so I’m a newbie.
Have only added items so far, no automations so far.
It works for 1-3 hours and then stops responding
running “info” from console looks ok…
Hi, does it stop running or can’t you access the HA webUI anymore?
What happens if you ping the IP address from HA on your Windows (or from the console using the IP from your router for example)?
How much disk space and memory are allocated to the VM? Is there anythiing in the VMware stats that show anything?

used the recommended settings, 2G mem, 32G disk.
new to vm, how do i check stats ?
After re-start guest on VM, it works for a little while again, not sure exact time, between 1-3 hours before stop responding again… can’s find any error logs
Never use ‘recommended’ or ‘minimum’!
I moved from ESXi to Proxmox recently. I don’t remember what used on ESXi. But I expect it was similar. I am using 4 CPUs, 16G memory and 32G disk on Proxmox. Running without issues. On ESXi, I used similar I imagine.
bumped memory up to max, 3072 was what vm claimed to b the max, 4 cpu also.
Tracking the run time this time, up for over 1 hr now…
stoped responding now, 2hrs
I don’t see any errors in the event viewer
