I have had very unreliable performance for my Nest Pan Thread network. (7 nest pro wi fi, 3 nest hub pro displays and Google TV)
I’ve set up a ha thread (ZBT1) as a separate preferred network. Synced credentials via companion app. Cleared Google play services cache and storage (that’s a world of pain).
When I try to add a new thread device ( IKEA door) it attempts to add the device to ha thread xxx network but fails every time. ‘Can’t add to this network’. I have tried this on a number of phones with no joy. It clearly is possible but what am I doing wrong. Help!
