HA Voice Assistant PE bricked after last firmware update

My HA voice assistant PE seems to be definitively bricked after last update this morning.
No matter what, it is not responding, blinking, making any noise (even the little quirk while unplugged from 5V). Factory reset procedure doesn’t help either, device won’t turn red, Resetting the device – Home Assistant Voice Preview Edition.
edit: my only hope is that it is still connecting to wifi, but forcing the firmware update via ESPHome (install) is failing. Waiting on a new firmware or a way to install previous firmware.

Did you try reinstalling via USB?

Neither worked.
But what worked is the boot loader reset procedure:
Reinstalling the firmware from bootloader mode

One of my voice PE got bricked after the last most recent firmware update and got bricked.
I used the reinstall firmware link to bring it back to life but when I tried linking it back to HA it says:

The ESPHome device Home Assistant Voice 093f10 (home-assistant-voice-093f10) disabled transport encryption. Please confirm that you want to remove the encryption key and allow unencrypted connections.

How do I enable that encryption again?

Nabu Casa.Home Assistant Voice PE 25.10.0 (ESP32-S3) is what was installed by re-install of firmware.
