Not sure if this right location in the forums, apologies if is in wrong location.
I was using HA quite happily for months and then it stopped working.
It is running on a Pi 4. It was a few weeks ago so I do not remember what exactly triggered the drop. If was a system update or other?
I can see the HA Pi running but when I try to open it I receive the message 'Cannot Connect to Server"
To try to fix I have:
- refreshed the SD card with the latest Pi Imager
- actually tried a different Pi machine
- Moved the Pi to plug directly into router
I can see the device on my router. I can ping the IP address. I have connected it to a monitor and the device is working. I can see network info and see the IP address it is using (matches my router)
I am not aware of any changes to my home network. I do not have any router level controls running.
Interestingly I have been able to run it from my Synology NAS. I do not want to use that due to BLE/Zigbee USB and other reasons. I want it on the Pi. But I can get it working without issue (minus the Zigbee).
It seems fine except for the actual connection. I have tried connecting via PC, iPhone App, iPad App, it is all the same “Cannot connect to server”
I have run ha update core and ha update docker on the Pi.
Any ideas?
Thanks
