Hacs addon not existing

I cant install or find Hacs and every time i go to the link from the install docs it gives me this error

Strangeā€¦ cause HACS isnā€™t an app (add-on), it is an integration. So you followed these instructions?

Hello,

Close all your HA tabs and reopen HA again.

An app / add-on can be used to insall the integration HACS. As per those instructions you posted.

Itā€™s been so long since I did it, tbh, it just seemed strange to me. Those are the official documentation instructions for HACS, which is why I shared them. My badā€¦

Same issue here last 2 evenings trying to set up HACS. Tried from different networks, cleared caches etc.
