HACS always stops

I installed proxmox on my mini pc, make virtual machine for HA. Instaled HA - it works. Tried run HACS, but it allways stops working

Can you please provide more information. HACS is an integration, it's not going to "stop", it'll always load, however there could be errors to make it seem like it's "stopped". Please share logs, screenshots, etc to help us help you.

That's the installer app, that just installs hacs. Once you run it once, you can remove the app.
