I’m new to HA and tech savvy although not a proficient programmer. I am running HA Green and recently installed HACS using an online tutorial, my first attempts at downloading integrations using HACS were failing …
The logs show the following (from a different download attempt):

Because I couldn’t recall the actual steps I took during the installation, I chose to uninstall HACS and re-installed following the detailed instructions from the HACS site including setting up logger, reboots, purging cache, etc.
The new install seemed to go well and I see my OAuth registered in my Github accnt. With restored enthusiasm I attempted to download ‘horizon card’, same results as above.
I then tried another integration ‘Battery Notes’ which did download and integrate successfully.
My 3rd attempt was ‘Mushroom’, however it failed as above.
At this point I’m scratching my head. Perhaps one of you many experts out there will recognize the source of my trouble and offer some suggestions on next steps.
